Would taking Marion Barber/T.O. in rounds 1 and 2 of a fantasy draft be risky?

I had the exact same choice with the 9th pick i took barber cuz he is going to be a stud this year, and then had the chance to take TO. If he wasn't on the cowboys I would've but having your top two players on the same team is trouble. So I opted for reggie wayne who I feel will be almost as good statistically and a better fit for a team with barber. If you had TO and Barber the Cowboys would have to score a lot of points for you to have good contributions from both of them in a given week, and like you said say they get into a defensive battle, then you are in trouble.
