Need some advice on returning too work?

I'd say if you really love it and need the money, then keep the job. But just know that if you do get really sick, your baby won't be growing in the best way that it can. If you're willing to risk it go ahead, chances are nothing will happen. People can be very paranoid. Just keep very good care of your self, good hygiene, and eat well.
