How can I transform a boring t-shirt into something totally cool the no sew way?

I have this ugly homecoming t-shirt from my school. When we wear we get to wear jeans but I'm a trendy girl who loves fashion. So, I need yall's help to turn my shirt into the envy of my whole school. Who knows they might get an idea for the next shirt?!? Oh yeah by the way our mascot is the spartan and our colors are green and grey. Please help me because our next day to wear the shirts our tomorrow!!!!
