Gatsby to smooth long hair down after straightening?

I have long hair, i'm a girl, My friend just gave me gatsby, the pink one, moving rubber. My hair always frizzes out after i'm done straightening for around 5 minutes. I was wondering if the Gatsby will help with keeping it smooth all day. Like, put it on after straightening. Thank you
