Are Colombian work visas employer-specific?

I'm in the midst of applying for a work visa for the country of Colombia, but I'm having my doubts about the employer I'm in discussions with. Now, to apply for the visa, I need all the contract information from this specific employer, but I'm wondering whether once I'm able to obtain the visa, whether I'll legally be able to seek employment with another company or would have to reapply for another work visa.
