What can you do if you think you have a busted eardrum?

I just got out of the shower and my ear popped really bad. It steadily got worse untill I took some Ibuprofin and then it went away for a little while. But then it came back and it was worse. No fluid has appeared to leak out of it. Do I have a busted eardrum? If so, is there anything I can do about it?
