Tickets on CraigsList?

I have season tickets to several local teams and sometimes sell tickets for games that I can't go to on CraigsList. I saw that you mentioned that getting the hard copy which of course involves meeting up w the buyer/seller is the only way that you would trust. I was trying to think of a way to avoid running out to meet a buyer who doesn't show up or who calls four times to tell you he's coming and arrives 30 minutes later by offering the option of using PayPal and delivering the tickets via TicketMaster which delivers via email. As a buyer would that make you skeptical or wary?
