Question for anyone who has ever been to college?

I have my heart set on going to Emory University as an undergraduate student and then staying there and going to the School of Medicine for graduate school. Heck I wouldn't even mind if I went to Oxford College at Emory University as an undergraduate student and going to Emory- School of Medicine as a graduate school. Um.. I have a 77 academic gpa- I need the HOPE scholarship and I have along way to bring it up! I'm a sophmore currently. I am in Students Aginst Drunk Driving. I am planning on joining A LOT more clubs next year as a junior. Um.. I am taking AP World History currently. I'm planning on taking 2 next year and 4 as a senior or maybe even 5. I am trying to convince my parents to let my twin sister and I go to India to help with charities and to help homeless people when my dad goes there to see his parents. I want to get a 1800 on the SAT but honestly on my PSATS from this eyar and freshamn yr I got around 1300s. I was hoping stores of kids who did bad in high school and made it to great colleges- like their stories would make me feel better and motivate me so yeah :)
