10 months after 1 depo shot?

its been 10 months since i had one depo shot, my periods are regular but no bfp yet... i know i cant flush it outta my system but when should i talk to my omgyn about trying something else instead or just letting nature take its course? has any ones doc given them clomid to help jump start this?
